Method of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, QB Online Billing and Paypal through our secure online, shopping cart system.  

We carefully check each order to ensure that your, beads or jewelry is complete and that the items meet our guests standards for quality.  If you have any questions at all please feel free to contact us at the information above. Repair/Replacement Policy

We will repair your broken jewelry free of charge within 30 days of receiving your order.  After a month period, you will be given an estimate of cost for any repair needed. 

Return/Exchange Policy

Since the jewelry is made to order, we cannot perform refunds.  Only exchanges or repairs will be done.  We are happy to exchange items that are not what was written on original purchase order.   Returns with an original receipt can be returned to its original form.  No broken strands or chain cut.  

Final Sales are ready-made jewelry, special orders, and some accessories.  We appreciate your understanding.  

Online Returns

  • Online purchases we only accept returns within 30 days of delivery date. 
  • Any damaged merchandise must be reported within 5 days of delivery date. 
  • Return postage is non-refundable by Bonita Bead Boutique. 

Shipping Packing Instructions

  • Layer wrap in bubble-wrap.
  • Keep jewelry snug and secure.
  • Personally take it to postal service. and get receipt with the tracking #. 
  • Choose first class registered mail.
  • Insure it. 

Online Shipping 

  • We will provide, via email a tracking # from USPS with your order. 
  • Shipping only to USA
  • Please notify us if it has been at least 2 weeks since your order shipped and you have not yet received it. 
  • NOTE:  Bonita Bead Boutique is not responsible for packages that have not been reported delayed/missing after 3 weeks and/or any packages that show delivered with USPS tracking. 
  • If your tracking number shows your package has been delivered but you cannot find it, please contact your local post office. 
  • Bonita Bead Boutique is not responsible for mis-delivered or stolen packages. 

Return Form

  • Ship your return in a safe secure package just as your received it from us. 
  • Refund and store credits will not be issued if an item arrives to us damaged. 
  • We recommend shipping your package through USPS, Fed Ex, or UPS shipping options they can issue a tracking number
