Repair/Replacement Policy

We will repair your broken jewelry free of charge within 30 days of receiving your order.  After a month period, you will be given an estimate of cost for any repair needed. 

Return/Exchange Policy

Since the jewelry is made to order, we cannot perform refunds.  Only exchanges or repairs will be done.  We are happy to exchange items that are not what was written on original purchase order. 


Final Sales are ready-made jewelry, special orders, and some accessories.  We appreciate your understanding.
