Permanent jewelry refers to a piece of chain crafted into a bracelet, ring, necklace or anklet that lacks a clasp. Currently, these chains are available in 14k gold-filled, .925 sterling silver, and enamel stainless steel options. Each chain is meticulously designed to fit perfectly, making you forget you're even wearing it. A dazzling collection of charms and links is up for grabs, and each one comes with its own price tag.

We utilize a product known as EVERARC welder by Everlinx. made for permanent jewelry. While we recommend booking an appointment online, we also welcome walk-ins. We offer a limited number of walk-in appointments each day on a first-come, first-served basis! To see what times are available, please give us a call at 419.873.7344 or view our calendar.

A deposit of $25.00 will be applied to your final total. This fee is non-refundable if you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled service, fail to attend, or do not reschedule within one week of your cancellation.

Note: that discounts (Loyalty Rewards) cannot be applied at checkout when booking your appointment. We kindly encourage you to arrive punctually, as this will provide us with enough time to choose the chain, tailor the fit, and apply the final touches to your beautiful new piece of jewelry.

Please be aware: All sales are final once we custom fit, cut the chain, and secure it on you for welding.

We offer group Zapping services along with private shopping parties that can be hosted at off-site locations. Private parties offer a fantastic opportunity to gather a group, whether it’s for a corporate event, a bridal shower, or simply a good time! For groups of five or more, we offer exclusive appointments that include a dedicated Zapping station! + Charm Bar. We ask for $100 deposit for a party of 10-30 guests.

One of the key benefits of selecting BBB for your permanent jewelry is the wide range of choices at your disposal. You can choose between a weld or a wire-wrap bead as a connector for your chain.

All chains are available in standard sizes: bracelets at 7 inches, necklaces at 18 inches, and anklets at 9 inches. For sizes exceeding these dimensions, an additional fee will be charged based on your chosen chain.

At BBB, we provide a limited selection of solid 14k gold chains or charm options, available exclusively through pre-order.

All of our chain styles are available in 14k Gold-filled, Sterling Silver, Gold Enamel and Stainless Steel. Chains may change periodically due to seasonal trends or the latest styles. We always encourage adding charms and links to personalize your pieces. We can create a charm to hang from a head pin or attach a jump ring to the chain. Our aim is to support your vision and ensure the bracelet perfectly matches your expectations.

Do I need to make an appointment?

We highly encourage making appointments, but walk-ins are always welcome. Please be aware that there may be a brief wait time. If you're visiting with two or more people, kindly book separate appointments.

Does it hurt?

Even with the dazzling look, rest assured that you won't feel any discomfort during the process—it's entirely painless! This is where the charm of zapped jewelry comes in: you can choose a chain that perfectly fits your wrist, ankle, neck, or finger without any clasps and with minimal maintenance required.

What is the age requirement to receive the zapped?

Everyone who is twelve years old and older is invited to join! However, please note that younger children may find this experience less suitable as they grow. Furthermore, any child under the age of twelve must be accompanied by an adult. However, we are pleased to offer coordinating bracelets with a clasp.

What steps should I follow if I need to remove the bracelet? Will I be able to have it re-zapped later?

Absolutely! If you need to take off the bracelet for any reason, we suggest carefully cutting it at the small jump ring that connects the two ends of the chain. Use scissors or a wire cutter to preserve the integrity of the chain. If you'd like to have it welded back together later, we can certainly assist with that for a small welding fee of $15 plus tax.

Is it possible to purchase a permanent bracelet as a gift for someone?

Why not snag a gift card for that perfect amount you want to give? Just a heads up: welding services come with a sprinkle of sales tax! Styles may play hide and seek now and then, but fear not—we usually have a treasure of inventory ready to dazzle!

If I have pacemaker can I get zapped?

The welding process may have potential interactions with pacemakers. As a precaution, we recommend avoiding permanent bracelets. However, you do have the option to choose a clasp instead.

Will this cause me any issues while traveling through the airport TSA? or MRI?

Generally, you do not have to take off delicate jewelry when going through airport security TSA.

The decision regarding MRI procedures is at the discretion of the doctor performing the scan. However, if you need to remove a chain for an MRI, please ask the professionals to cut it at the jump ring so we can easily re-weld it with a new jump ring. We will provide this re-welding service at no cost to you.

How do I clean my Permanent Jewelry?

We offer a polishing cloth here at the boutique, which is an ideal solution for removing residue from your pieces.

Am I allowed to bring my own chain and/or charms?

Yes, if you bring your own chain, it must be sterling silver or 14k gold base or plated metals won't be accepted. While it may work temporarily, We only guarantee our chain products.
